We will hold your data for the purposes stated above for as long as we are required to do so by law. The data will be stored within the EEA.

We may share your personal data with other council services, other local authorities and government organisations to check the information provided in your application.

We are administering these grants on behalf of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and your data will be shared with them for evaluation and research purposes. BEIS may contact you directly for research purposes.

We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law or where it is appropriate to support our duty to protect public funds and/or detect and prevent fraud.

All information is processed in accordance with our data protection privacy notice.

The information provided will be subject to the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, but personal information (names and contact details) will not be released in response to FOI requests.
