- contact you in case of another query or an issue concerning your complaint.
We have a public duty to investigate complaints. The information you provide will be shared with the service area which relates to your complaint. Where we need to liaise with a third party who provides services on the council’s behalf, we will only share details of the issue and not your personal information. We will contact you to obtain your consent if it becomes necessary to pass on any personal information.
We will hold your data for the purposes stated above for six years from the date your enquiry was closed. The data will be stored within the EEA.
We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
