By law we must provide the food business registration service you have requested under the EC Regulation 852/2004 (Food Premises) and the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013.

We will hold your data for the purposes stated above for seven years after the business has ceased trading. It will be accessible to Food Standard Agency, Trading Standards and the address details submitted onto the Food Premises Public Register. The data will be stored within the EEA.

We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law.
